1. General Overview

Ratnange Trail Center provides access to mountain biking trail networks, guided tours, equipment usage, and related outdoor adventure activities in Phaplu, Solukhumbu, Nepal.
The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Ratnange Trail Center (and Enduro MTB Nepal). The terms “you,” “rider,” and “user” refer to any visitor to the website or participant in our activities.

2. Assumption of Risk & Safety

Mountain biking, trail riding, and high-altitude outdoor activities carry inherent risks of injury, property damage, or death.

Personal Responsibility: By using our trails or participating in any activities organized by Ratnange Trail Center, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with mountain biking and high-altitude riding.
Helmets & Gear: Approved helmets are mandatory at all times while riding on the trail network. Proper protective gear (knee pads, gloves, appropriate eyewear) is strongly recommended.
Rider Ability: You are responsible for knowing your skill level and choosing appropriate trails accordingly.

3. Trail Rules & Conduct

To protect riders, locals, and the environment, all visitors must follow our trail etiquette:

Trail Directions: Ride only on designated trails and adhere to trail signs, difficulty ratings, and direction warnings.
Environment & Wildlife: Practice Leave No Trace principles. Do not litter, cut switchbacks, or disturb local flora, fauna, or private property.
Yielding: Uphill traffic, hikers, and animals have the right-of-way. Always control your speed and pass other trail users cautiously.
Trail Closures: Respect trail closures due to maintenance, weather conditions, or local events.

4. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations

Bookings: Reservations for tours, shuttle services, or guided rides made through our website or partners are subject to availability and confirmation upon payment.
Payments: All fees must be paid in the specified currency prior to the start of the activity or service.
Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellation policies for tours and guided packages vary based on notice given prior to the event date. Please review your specific booking confirmation for full refund schedules.
Weather & Unforeseen Events: We reserve the right to modify or cancel riding schedules due to extreme weather, trail conditions, landslides, or safety concerns. In such cases, we will offer alternative dates or appropriate arrangements.

5. Insurance Requirement

All international and local participants engaging in guided tours or shuttle activities are strongly advised to hold comprehensive travel and medical insurance that specifically covers high-altitude mountain biking and emergency evacuation/rescue services in Nepal.

6. Website Content & Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, images, trail maps, and software—is the property of Ratnange Trail Center or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site for commercial purposes without prior written authorization from us.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ratnange Trail Center, its directors, employees, guides, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, injuries, or losses resulting from:
